Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days. We do not offer "Same Day" or "Next Day" delivery at the moment as we are still growing.
Returns
We do understand that sometimes a product may not be as you had expected, therefore we would gladly exchange or offer you a refund (shipment not included). Returns must be send back to us within 28 days of purchase and must be unworn and unwashed.
How to return
Send us an email at customer.service@buubaashop.co.uk initiating your return and we will send you a free return label via email. Print it off and stick it to the front of the package. Please retain the receipt as proof. Once we have received the items, we will initiate refund process. The money will be returned to you in the original method of payment. This may take up to 5 working days. We will email you once your return has been processed.
