Terms and Conditions
These Terms will apply to any contract/transaction between Us for the sale of Products to you and replace and supersedes any previous terms and conditions. We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
No part of Our Site constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept. Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending you an Order Confirmation by email. Only once We have sent you an Order Confirmation will there be a legally binding Contract between Us and you.
As we can accept your order and make legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want nothing that you are not happy with, if you are not sure about anything, just email us on customer.service@buubaashop.co.uk.
Application
These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of products by YOU (the Customer) and US (www.buubaashop.co.uk). These are the Terms on which we sell all Goods to You (the Customer). By ordering any products with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Interpretation
Consumer means and individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession
Contract
Contract means the legally-binding agreement between YOU (the Customer) and Us (www.Buubaashop.co.uk) for the sale and purchase of the Product.
How we may use your personal information:
We will use the personal information you provide to Us to:
provide the Products; process your payment for such Products; and inform you about similar products or services that We provide, but you may stop receiving these at any time by contacting Us in writing.
Price and Payment
the price of the product and any additional delivery or other charges for the products, and the total price of them and the charges, is set out in our price list current at the date we accept your order or such other price as we may agree in writing.
Delivery
We will deliver the Products to the delivery location by the time or within the period agreed. In the event of an undue delay and, in any event where delivery is delayed for more than 10 days after the day on which the order was made, contact us at customer.service@buubaashop.co.uk and we will offer you a discount for you next purchase (Amount of discount will be decided by BuubaaShop)
Products
Please note that our products are bought by us in wholesale, therefore it may be that some items have different logos on them from the manufacturer.
Risk and Title
Risk of damage to, or loss of, the products will pass to you when the products are delivered to you. You do not own the products until we have received payment in full. If full payment is overdue, we can choose, by notice to cancel any delivery and any right by the customer to use the products, in which case you must return the product.
Withdrawal
If you simply change your mind, you can withdraw the order by telling us in advance before the products have been shipped out for delivery (usually within 24hrs). Once the products has been shipped however, we will only refund once we have received the returned items in an acceptable condition condition.
